1. Promoter

The Bench Bar Rewards promotion (“Promotion”) is operated by The Bench Bar (“The Bench Bar”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is available to Australian residents who have purchased an eligible genuine Bench Bar directly from The Bench Bar or an authorised retailer and can provide sufficient information to verify their purchase. A maximum of one cashback reward may be claimed per eligible order and household.

3. Promotion Period

For Bench Bars delivered on or after 29 September 2026, qualifying content and the claim must be submitted within 60 days of delivery. Customers who purchased before 29 September 2026 may participate by submitting qualifying content and a claim within 60 days of 29 September 2026.

4. Rewards

Photo Post — $20 cashback: an original photo featuring the customer's Bench Bar installed or in use and published as an Instagram or Facebook post.

Reel / Video — $30 cashback: an original Reel or video of at least 15 seconds clearly featuring the customer's Bench Bar installed or in use.

Photo + Reel — $50 cashback: both an eligible Photo Post and eligible Reel/Video. Reward tiers are not cumulative. Maximum cashback is $50 per eligible order and household.

5. Content Requirements

Qualifying content must be original content created or captured by the participant, clearly feature a genuine Bench Bar installed or being used, meet the applicable photo or video requirements, be published on Instagram or Facebook, tag @thebenchbaraus where platform/account settings permit, and remain available for at least 30 days following approval. Content copied from The Bench Bar, another customer, creator or source does not qualify.

6. Private Accounts

Private-account customers may participate and may be asked to provide screenshots, links, video files or other reasonable evidence so the content can be verified.

7. Claiming a Reward

To claim, contact @thebenchbaraus by direct message and provide enough information to identify the purchase, such as an order number, checkout email or proof of purchase. We may request additional reasonable information to verify eligibility.

8. Cashback Payments

Once approved, The Bench Bar will aim to process cashback within 7 business days. Where reasonably possible, cashback will be returned to the original payment method. Where this isn't possible, an alternative payment method may be arranged with the customer.

9. Content Permission

By submitting content as part of Bench Bar Rewards, the participant grants The Bench Bar permission to repost or share the submitted content through The Bench Bar's owned social-media channels, with attribution where practical. Participation does not automatically grant unrestricted rights for paid advertising or other commercial campaigns. We may separately request permission for additional uses.

10. Reviews

Bench Bar Rewards is separate from any request for a product or Google review. Customers are not required to leave a review, provide a positive review, make positive comments or express any particular opinion to participate. Cashback is awarded for qualifying content, not sentiment.

11. Invalid or Fraudulent Claims

The Bench Bar may reject claims where the purchase cannot be verified, the content doesn't meet the published requirements, content isn't original, the same eligible order or household has already received a reward, information supplied is false or misleading, or the claim is fraudulent or attempts to circumvent these Terms.

12. Returns and Cancellations

An order that is cancelled, fully refunded or returned is not eligible for a Bench Bar Rewards cashback payment. If a return is being processed when a claim is made, the claim may be placed on hold until the return is finalised.

13. Changes to the Promotion

The Bench Bar may amend, suspend or end Bench Bar Rewards for future claims. Any eligible claim validly submitted before a change or withdrawal will continue to be assessed according to the terms applicable when submitted.

14. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
